The Spellmans have joyfully served the families of Living Waters Fellowship since the assembly's "birth" on October 9, 1994. They pulled into town knowing that God was planting them as a seed, and if they were faithful, He would use them to satisfy souls, and they would see many brought into the Kingdom of God.

Rev. Mark and Kimberly Spellman were trained at Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Mark graduated in 1992 and Kimberly graduatedin 1994. Rhema was founded by the late Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin as a school to equip ministers for the end time harvest. Both were very active in the ministry of helps at Rhema Bible Church, a thriving church located on the campus of Rhema Bible Training Center. Rhema has thousands of graduates worldwide in full time ministry. The Spellmans are proud to be a part of an organization that is bringing thousands of souls out of darkness and into the light of the Kingdom of God. Licensing and ordination papers are held with Rhema Ministerial Association International. The Spellmans reside in Olathe with their two wonderful sons.
